Open Roles

Drywall Taper / Finisher (Intermediate–Senior)

What you’ll do

  • Tape, coat, and feather seams; embed tape; spot screws; corner bead install.

  • Level 4–5 finishes; skim coats.

  • Help keep sites tidy and on schedule.

What you bring

  • 2+ years pro taping experience (apprentice to senior considered).

  • Quality-first mindset; clean corners and consistent edges.

  • Driver’s license + reliable transportation.

Nice-to-haves

  • Level 5 expertise.

  • Ability to mentor apprentices.

Compensation: Competitive hourly wages. Based on experience and speed

Drywall Apprentice (No experience required)

What you’ll do

  • Support tapers and sanders; mixing, loading, cleanup.

  • Learn surface prep, bead, taping, and sanding fundamentals.

  • Grow into a lead hand with mentorship and clear milestones.

What you bring

  • Willingness to learn and work hard.

  • Safety-first mindset; able to lift and move materials.

  • Reliability — show up, ask questions, improve daily.

Compensation: Fair starting rate + step raises as you master skills.
Schedule: Full-time; some part-time available.

Sander / Prep Technician (Entry–Intermediate)

What you’ll do

  • Final sand and polish to spec (dust control methods).

  • Site prep: plastic, masking, floor and vent protection.

  • Punch list touch-ups; patching small defects.

What you bring

  • Eye for detail; pride in clean, even finishes.

  • Comfortable with power sanders and vacuums.

  • Positive attitude; punctual and coachable.

Compensation: Competitive hourly with bonus opportunities.
Schedule: Full-time; flexible start for apprentices.

Site Lead / Working Foreman (Experienced)

What you’ll do

  • Run crews, coordinate scope and schedule, own quality control.

  • Track progress (rooms, coats, punch), communicate with PM/GC/homeowners.

  • Train new hires, uphold safety and cleanliness standards.

What you bring

  • 4+ years in taping/finishing with leadership experience.

  • Strong communication; solves problems before they become issues.

  • Valid license; ability to read drawings and scopes.

Compensation: Premium hourly or salary.
Schedule: Full-time; leadership availability.

Do I need my own tools?

 

Basic hand tools are expected for experienced roles.

 

Apprentices can start with a starter kit — we’ll help you build up over time.

 

Do you hire subs?

 

Selectively — quality, documentation, and schedule consistency required.


Is training provided?

 

Yes. Our apprentices and new hires get structured milestones and coaching.


Where are the jobs?

 

Calgary and surrounding communities.


What’s the schedule like?

 

Day shifts mostly; some weekends during pushes.
